Withdrawal Terms
Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made. Funds may only be withdrawn through the same method used for the deposit. To withdraw winnings from bonuses, the relevant wagering requirement must be met. In cases of suspicious transactions, melbet reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until additional verification is completed.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit the bonus is ৳1,000, total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
General Terms for Other Offers
Each promotion has its own terms. It is mandatory to read the full terms of the relevant offer before claiming a bonus. Below is a summary of the key terms for current promotions:
- Weekly melbet Reload: 50% deposit bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 25x.
- melbet Slots Festival: 75% deposit bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20x.
- Cricket Mania Reward: 60% deposit bonus, up to ৳6,000, wagering 18x.
- melbet Birthday Gift: up to ৳2,000, wagering 15x.
- Refer a Friend Bonus: up to ৳3,000 per successful referral, wagering 20x.
Bonus funds are never paid out as direct cash. Winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
6 Betting Rules
General Betting Rules
For a bet to be accepted on melbet, the account must have sufficient balance. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled unless melbet cancels it on its own initiative due to a technical error. If an error or inconsistency is found in the result of an event or game, melbet reserves the right to reassess that bet.
Prohibited Conduct
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs for advantage
- Claiming bonuses multiple times using more than one account
- Circumventing bonus wagering requirements through betting patterns
- Colluding with other users to influence outcomes
- Using automated software or bots
If a user is found to have engaged in any of the above prohibited conduct, their account will be closed and their balance forfeited.
VIP and Cashback
Members can advance to VIP levels based on their regular betting activity. There are three levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — and weekly cashback is available at each level. At the Silver level, if the net loss in a week is ৳20,000, the cashback received will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.
7 Account Suspension and Closure
Reasons for Suspension and Closure
melbet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following situations:
- Providing false or incomplete registration information
- If the user is found to be a minor
- Breach of any provision of the terms and conditions
- Suspicious financial transactions or signs of fraud
- Self-exclusion at the user's own request
